The girls should NOT be permitted be permitted to see his examination under any circumstances. He is entitled to his privacy. If you are not permitting him to be present when they are examined, then she should be extended the same courtesy.
The girls will get their sexual education at school & not on him at all. This should never occur. In these days, there is ample opportunity for the girls to get their 'education' elsewhere. Why cant your sister or you educate them if need be?
Why does the boy have to see a female doctor? Why cant he see a male doctor? You & your sister are setting up the boy to be embarrassed for no good reason. In saying that, if that is not possible, he should be told it happens all the time with doctors. He should hold no fear. But you should not be present either when he goes. By all means go with him, but do not enter the consultation with him. He is entitled to his privacy. Just as the girls are.
