 Not to keep rambling on, but on the subject of LGBTQ+, I think it's encouraging that there are groups in high schools now and even in middle school, so there's growing support for those like me (at least in that regard). Even some of the kids at the school I work at are pretty open with it, even 10 and 11 even 8 year olds. When I was in grade school I knew I was lesbian. I went to a private girl's school, but even at that I knew I was gay. I was attracted to other girls, I fell in love with other girls. Kids are like that, girls would hold hands and even kiss, but there is a difference and I knew it. I had no interest in boys. I didn't really understand it and there was nobody I could talk to about it. Spanking is rampant at the school. Kids are always slapping each other's butts, even mine, which as an adult and as a teacher is pretty annoying, but I'm sure that's just a kid thing and that doesn't mean there's a bunch of little spankos running around.
