Could a girl (someone under 18) do the same, I would think so. The likelihood and resolve I would think would increase with age.So, the answer is that the rare girl could resist crying even though severely spanked. My conclusion is that it is easier to spank to tears if there is an emotional component to the spanking where the one being spanked truly feels guilty and deserving of punishment and so experiences a full cathartic release. I was friends with a girl some years ago (very old members may remember the story) with whom I indulged in spanking fun. It was never brutal but could sometimes be quite hard. It never brought her close to tears. On one occasion she really upset me, and she realised she had, so she agreed to take a genuine punishment spanking.
