I remember one letter was about an agreement between a landlord and his 3 college girl tenants. These are the details as best I can remember but this is 30+ years ago.The guy owned a house near a big name campus. Three college girls were his "renters," but they didn't pay any money for rent. They instead were spanked. There was a pre-determined day and time each week when the landlord would come to his house and each of the three girls were given a sound bare butt spanking. There was never any sex or anything, just the spanking. The girls were allowed to opt-out at any time but that would have cost them a lot of money. One of the girls wrote about how she found out about the rules of the house by getting her first spanking. Seemed like it worked out well for all of them.
