Weekly Maintenance is a lot! But it is good to have reminders scheduled. That way you have no temptation to deliberately engage in brat conduct just to get spanked. And no awkward sessions with hubby having to say Please spank my bare bottom!

Hi Alfred, yes weekly maintenance was a game changer for us. My husband administers it in our bedroom instead of his study where corrective punishments occur. It consists of a firm otk spanking on the bare, followed by a few each of his belt, paddle, and cane as reminders. Corner time and lecture before and after then ending in a warm bath and fun in bed. This really clears my mind and starts my week of well.
