I couldn't imagine having the audacity to pull my panties back up after my dad took them down. My butt would be in a LOT more trouble if I did that.

Do you still spank them? How old were they when they got their last spanking? Did you spank them with your hand as well?
I'm a spankee, not a spanker, but I believe a punishment spanking really gets the point across when the panties come down. It's embarrassing and complete loss of control and if their panties are maybe not real clean it's very revealing.
