My dad requires me to strip completely naked for spankings. There are really two positions used. The first is that I get on all fours on my bed and lower my head down onto the bed so my butt is sticking up. My dad will pull up a chair directly behind me to sit in. Since my butt is almost eye level with him, he uses both hands to spank my butt like he's playing bongo drums. For the leather strap, he will standup and swing the strap with me in that same position.

I get a different position for the paddle though. For that, I have to stand near my bed and bend over at the waist. My head rests on the bed and my hands are gripped the underside of the bed frame for support so I don't get knocked over, but the rest of my body isn't on the bed. I have to keep my butt sticking out.

I was spanked since I was a little girl by both of my parents, so I have no problem with preparing for spanking.
Girls spanked at home must be aware of all circumstances.
If and when my parents want to see me without panties, I must take them off. if and when they want to spank me in front of other people, our neighbors or relatives, I must obey.
If and when my mom or my dad wants to spank me with hand, I must lay over her or his lap. If they want to use the belt on my bottom I must be on all fours.
Yes, it is very embarrassing. But I must obey them and accept my regular spankings.
