To be honest about the swing. Natural Golf uses just a single plane swing and not 3 plane swing like a regular golfer. Putting it in real english. You don't open your hips during the downswing. Only after contact do you really turn the hips on the follow thru. You also do not roll the wrists over until well after the contact with the ball. Those are just some of the differences
