Did look at Moe's swing as per your link. It does look from the camera's perspective angle that this is indeed the case. Moe always said to keep the leading back portion of the hand pointing towards the target until after impact. Looks like the point of impact is tangent to the instantaneous circle and than the clubhead curves inward along some sort of inward trajectory.
