It happens to me every blue moon or so. When it happens it seems to be a question of balance (at least for me), Moe Norman likes to keep his weight nicely centered between his feet with the weight evenly distributed on the soles of his feet. It is something to consider. One other possible factor may be a tendency to change the spine angle at impact this will do it as well.
