If Jack K is now knocking Todds swing on the LTOBG tape

he should also state that that was HIS original (Jack K's) swing was taught to Todd by him.

I'm no fan of the NG Corp. but Jack K is now implying that NG was/is showing a faulty swing, and using Todd as an example of this faulty swing.

Jack doesn't admit that that this faulty Todd swing was his idea/invention on his website, does he? He just implies that the current NG Corp. somehow screwed up his method, when clearly on the LTOBG tape Todd is swinging exactly the same way he did on previous Jack K NG tapes!
