Moe's body is moving three video frames first because the hands and arms are generating them, while at the same time these same hands and arms are being swung in the oposite direction to the top of the backswing??

Can you explain to me, exactly how does the tail wag the dog?

Are there hand and arm swings? Sure, Ernest Jones and Jim Flick have preached similar methods, but when you view some video of their swings, there certainly isn't a three video frame difference between lower body movement and the hands and arms coming down!

P.S. Moe Norman on the "Golf's Journeyman" tape, 1993 "the golf swing is a body swing, not a hand and arm one"!
