Absolutely. Maine is loaded and on a roll. Vermont has
raised their game in recent weeks, especially on the
defensive end.

The UMaine at UVM game on March 5 will be a lively event, especially since it is the last home game of the year
and the last ever home game for Morgan Hall and Dawn
Cressman.

Woops.....For some reason, I thought that the game was next Wednesday. Hopefully, both teams will go undefeated between now and then to make the game even bigger.

As far as what may be on the line.....I think Maine has a very slim chance of getting an NCAA at-large if they went undefeated and lost to Vermont in the AE Championship. Both teams have a shot (Maine should be a shoe-in) at an WNIT berth. And of course, the winner might have a psychological advantage for the AE tournament. I'm sure Maine will have a vocal contingent at the game.
