Pouting is something I've never had an issue when I spanked my own or spanking other children under my care. (Most) just want my comfort and cuddle and their corner time, where they do cry and bawl hard. If they have stopped, they usually do start again during the comfort time, apologizing quite profusely while I comfort them.

But if I did run into an issue with pouting I agree with what others have said here in that it is something that would not be allowed and they would be going over my lap for another spanking if they did not heed my warning to stop. I have always found a good, sound spanking washes that bad behavior and attitude away. However, if it didn't, then I would let them know that my first spanking apparently didn't do a good enough job and they need to go over Mommy's lap again.
