Good for you in the spanking you gave Gabriel, it was a spanking well earned. As I have said before, tantrums in this home have always been a quick way to earn a trip over my lap for a sound spanking. And Gabriel especially needed a sound one in throwing the remote (breaking it?).

Like the other Moms, I have never been one to split up a spanking, I will give all of it in one shot. But I do use the corner time after the spanking is over to have them reflect on what they had done and how they can learn and improve next time so they can avoid being in this position (over Mommy's, or Grandma's, lap).
