My son does this. One very funny time (not for my son) I was downstairs and heard my son yelling that "GRACE IS LOOKING AT ME AND I'M NAKED!!!" I almost laughed just hearing him say that, my first words as I headed to the bathroom were, why are you naked where she can see you?

It was almost the same exact scenario, Grace was going to take a shower and there he was completely naked standing on the toilet led looking at his red bottom in the mirror using another mirror to look through, I had spanked him a few hours earlier. I also told him to close the door next time.
