This only happened with me one time. My then 11 year old son Peter acted like a brat one day while visiting at my sister-in-law Kate and brother Kevin's house. Kate sensed what was on my mind and told me there was a hairbrush in the master bedroom on the vanity and that the room was far enough away not to wake up my baby niece Erica.

Peter begged and pleaded, but it was too late and I led him to the master bedroom and told him a lack of cooperation would only make things worse. I retrieved the hairbrush, sat down on the edge of the king sized bed and watched as Peter now obediently lowered his pants and briefs.

As I took him over my lap and applied the first spanks with the hairbrush, I became aware of the view from the large mirrored closet. The mirror was to my right and directly reflecting Peter's bare bottom. As I inflicted his chastisement, I would look up to see his reddening bottom. As he struggled to stay in place, let's just say that Peter would have died with embarrassment at the level of his exposure to me.

After a good spanking with genuine crying, I let Peter up and consoled him a bit as he rubbed his red bottom. I headed back to the kitchen and told Peter to stay in the room until he had regained his composure.
