I agree. 10 spankings may sound like a large number, but as we've said more than once on the forum that children need frequent and consistent spankings, especially when they are younger. When mine and my sisters' children were growing up, as well as if they brought any friends with, that number was reached quite consistently for a week's stay.

I am so glad to hear all of you had a good time on your vacation. Yes, spankings were needed for the boys, but as we've discussed, that is inevitable with children and vacations. Both spankings for Sammy and Stevie were well needed and deserved, I would have done the same.

It's been quite awhile since we've gone camping (unless you want to count sometimes camping outside when going to our home up north). But like you, we used to go camping often and had our regular campsite, as well. Instead of a metal cooler, I put the picnic table to use that was in our campsite. Much like how I've sat at a picnic table at a rest stop, I would sit on one of the table bench seats, turned away from the table, with the child bare-bottomed over my lap.

That is so lovely on the relationship you've built with the other mom over the years. There were a few families we met and became friends with over the years, and all of them certainly knew I spanked. But some of them spanked, as well. We never went over and visited one another during a spanking, but we did get together later on and talk about what happened and why we had to spank.
