I would say no, speedos for the most part will not help them to behave better, now maybe 1 time out of 10 they may think about it, but boys will do/say what they do. If knowing we will spank doesn't make them any better then speedos won't.

I have for many years bought my boys the lycra form fitting swim suit, its not a speedo it comes down the thigh a little almost like form fitting, painted on boxer shorts, I get them at Walmart, I love how they look on the boys bottoms :)
