when i got my six year old home yesterday i spanked him for standing on my friends sofa and pulling a painting after being told four times to get down.i could tell by my friends anxious look that she wasnt happy with him potentially damaging the painting.i also told him infront of her that i would be spanking him when i got him home and that he should think himself fortunate that i didnt spank him infront of her.
