Your 17 year old nephew deserved his spanking for being rude to you, but what does cheeky mean in American lingo. His post spanking punishment was also deserved but had to be embarrassing being bare from the waist down and a T shirt on that didn’t make it to the top of his bottom. Everything had to be on display to everyone.

Do the nephews ever complain about getting spanked bare in front of the cousins? Have you spanked your nephews friends or sons friends the same way in the past.

I thinking spankings work to immediately change behavior.
