My way is pretty just as Cordelia did with her son. I do my talking before I bare Lucas, then I don't waist any time getting his bottom bared.

Then if he just stands there I take hold of him and say "Come on" or "Lets go", I also don't have to much resistance, but he cam be as others have said he can't move and needs my help to get moving.
