I agree with Kate that having a set routine is best. We have a whole process here, if I am smoking I will put my cigaret out, then if my hair isn’t already up or put back I will do that as I am getting ready to spank with my son at my knees, he is crying already but not nearly as hard as he will be.

Then I lower my son’s pants, underpants, pajama bottoms or what have you to his knees, I have also been lecturing during this time, by the way Noah is 10. Usually what I do when I spank is I hold him by his waist or have my hand on his back and when he reaches back I pin his arm down. Back a few weeks ago though I just had my hand resting on his back not firm enough I guess, just focusing on his bottom, when I started spanking his bare bottom hard and fast with my hand and it got to be too much he rolled off my lap and stood up, rubbing his bottom and crying. I was a little taken aback but quickly recovered and took him right back over my lap, got him position pinned his arm to his back this time holding him firmly and spanked, spanked spanked, hand then spoon. That was a first here.
