Oh yes good point I missed that!! She is 12 but will be 13 in September. She’s going through a bit of a phase where she thinks she’s grown up but she’s definitely not. How old are yours?

I was so shocked when that word came out of her mouth - I will let the girls get away with the odd curse if they hurt themselves or something similar but that word is an absolute no in my book no matter the situation and for it to be used directed at me was 100% unacceptable. If I’d said that to my mum I’d have ended up over her lap and a bar of soap in my mouth every night for a week!

I’m glad you dealt with Steven taking the Lord’s name in vain, it’s something I hear so frequently these days and it’s not acceptable particularly if said in anger like that. I’m sure he was mortified to be publicly spanked but a blistered bottom and a little bit of embarassment works wonders for changing undesirable behaviour - Megan’s bottom was equally interesting array of reds and purples after yesterdays endeavours.
