The spankings that I’ve witnessed over the years have not been bare, which brings up the question: for quick, spontaneous spankings, are girls in skirts at a disadvantage, given how relatively easy it is to flip up a skirt, as opposed to the unbuckling, unbuttoning, and/or unzipping pants involve?
