I actually have never babysat Derek, but him and Andy have been best friends since before I've know both of them, so I have spanked Derek quite a few times over the years. When he has come over to to visit/play with Andy, or especially during sleepovers.

Unless their parent(s) make a special request or stipulations, I always spanked my children's friends the exact same way as my own. The same in regards to when I have babysat, or when I have spanked Derek. I am quite satisfied with my procedure of spanking so I see no reason to spank them any differently. Fortunately, having to make changes has been quite rare (comparatively), a majority of the parents have told me "spank them like you would your own", which I will do so without hesitation.

You asked if my children have seen Andy or Derek spanked. Oh yes, many times. Especially so with Andy. But they have seen Derek over my lap more than once, as well. The most recent spanking I needed to give to Andy, which I shared in my "My recent spankings" thread, was administered in front of my youngest daughter, as well as a few others.

My oldest received her last spanking when she was 17 1/2, my middle girl when she was 18 (almost 19) and my son received his last spanking when he was 19 (almost 20). They are all now 35, 30 and 29. My youngest (22) is back at home for a bit after graduating from college. She received her last spanking when she was 17 yrs old. But it's been made clear to her that the option remains while she is at home (being supported by her father and I). Although I would be quite surprised if she ever needs to be spanked again.
