My husband is a big Star Trek fan, so that I am more aware of, but only by a little. However, I do know of Spock. lol Now, if you want to talk about those Hallmark movies, I am your gal. I especially like the Christmas ones.

It's a shame that all of the parents only gave you permission to spank in private. Although it's good you at least had permission to do so.

Where I have had conditions from time to time when spanking other children than my own (including while babysitting), it has been relatively rare overall and I have fortunately been able to spank mostly to what my preference is.

When I have had full permission to spank other children than my own, I spank them exactly the same way as I have my own children. Including spanking them in front of others if that is where their misbehavior took place. This has happened especially frequently during sleepovers. If I had to spank multiple children during a sleepover, all of the spankings happened in the same room (where they saw each other's spankings). Similar to how I spanked Andy and Derek the other night.
