There is something with boys and bedtimes, they think they can just put it off, ignore it and ignore their mamma’s warnings, then act surprised when we are going to spank. My son and nephew are like your Derek and Andy (I know they are not your boys but Andy is really like your boy you have helped raise him and I can add his friend) with games and things at bedtimes, and then let us not forget the arguing they do about their bed times and need to be spanked.

Joseph had a bedtime spanking last month for not wanting to go to bed it was “too early he is a teenager now” and he even once again throwing a tantrum even at 13! I don't know where his brain was, he was in just his night shirt that goes down to mid thigh which is just so cute, I was thinking to myself his bare bottom would be quickly accessed and he was giving me a tantrum about his bedtime. But when he saw me coming with my brush to take him to spank his demeanor change very quickly but too late for his bottom.

Then when we see them asleep on their tummy with their red bottom up in the air cooling off it is a adorabile sight :)

Too funny, my son and nephew when spanked together have argued whose spanked bottom is "worse". lol.
