This very same thing happened with my daughter as well, also at 15, also strictly forbidden. She was also soundly spanked.

Then once with my older boy when he was 10, I took his slacks down to spank him after school and to my surprise he wasn’t wearing any underpants, he had gone to school that way, we had a talk about that after the spanking and for weeks I checked him in the morning to make sure we was properly attired under his pants.
