I can only agree and you are of course right about everything and "I forgot" or similar are nothing but cheap excuses. These cheap excuses by themselves are an impertinence and disrespect for which a good spanking is needed. A red, sore bottom is guaranteed. If they complain afterwards because their bottom hurts so much while sitting, they get the hint that they could get some more. Another trip over the knee can happen without a problem.
