Anything below the waist is taken down and off except for their underpants.

When I bare my boy’s bottom for their spanking or when I spank one of my nephews or nieces, it is a task I perform only with them positioned over my lap so as to maximize the embarrassment factor in my actually witnessing their bottom's transition from clothed to bare.
