Mark,

They do go over on their own with 'help' from me as they know they have to, they are accepting but there is that “OH NO!” factor and being a little hesitant. I scold as I undo and pull their outer layer down and off while they stand unhappily but obediently before me. I quickly move them to the side of my right knee, as I have a firm strong hold of them and firmly take them over and down over my lap with the mattress or couch cushion beneath them, if needed I tell them to move forward or back a little, sitting, legs opened just enough, pinning their right arm to their lower back with my left forearm pressed against their back, I have them under control and they can struggle.
