Hi Lucy,

Sorry for the late response. I don't think that cornertime becomes any less effective with older children although the length might have to be changed to make it age appropriate.

I probably haven't written about all the instances of cornertime for my daughters over the summer. For example, last month, they were each sent to the corner due to arguing with each other over who got to use the car that they share. I know that I also sent my 22yo to the corner this summer for backtalk when I told her to clean up her room.

None of them were huge issues, but in all cases I thought that time in the corner would remind them to behave.
