This is quite the challenge. Too difficult to give accurate figures so I will make some rough estimates and give some observations.

Home based reasons vastly outnumber school based reasons. I would guess that over 90% of the spankings I have given have been for home reasons. School spankings perhaps become more prevalent with older children and teens.

Disobedience and backchat are the most common reasons and I don't think there are any gender differences here.

Safety rule offences on the other hand, have been very much a boy thing in my experience. My grandson just loves taking silly risks and his difficulties with following sensible safety rules mean his bottom is seldom safe from my slipper.

Curfew infractions become more of a problem as they get older and spankings for this reason become more common. Perhaps as high as 50% once into the teens.

I have had to spank for vandalism on a couple of occasions. Obviously a serious matter and dealt with accordingly. I consider bullying to be more serious vandalism and possibly drugs. Thankfully, none of my children or grandchildren have ever been involved in it.
