Programming and providing support for this service has been a labor
of love since 1997. We are one of the few services online who values our users'
privacy, and have never sold your information. We have even fought hard to defend your
privacy in legal cases; however, we've done it with almost no financial support -- paying out of pocket
to continue providing the service. Due to the issues imposed on us by advertisers, we
also stopped hosting most ads on the forums many years ago. We hope you appreciate our efforts.

My girls and nieces pleaded as well, when they were in their teens, to not take them over my knee when I spanked them. But they didn't plead anywhere near to the same extent as my son (or his friends or my nephews). And I heard much the same in it being "so embarrassing, it's so childish". And like you, I also told them it was in their control in going over my knee, or being spanked in general, by behaving well. Of course they never liked hearing that answer. As I heard more than once, it was "too hard to behave well from my rules, I am too strict."
Anna, all of my children are grown now. I haven't spanked my three older children in quite a number of years. My son is the youngest of my three older children, and I haven't spanked him in almost 10 years. It's been even longer with his two older sisters. Spanking is still an option for our youngest daughter (21), but I haven't had her over my lap in over 4 years, so I would be surprised if I had to spank her again.
But I have always had the same rule as yourself with the children, as long as your father and I are supporting you, which includes putting you through college, then spankings remain an option. So far, our son is the only one that has needed to be spanked in college, when he was 19 (almost 20).
