Thanks! I know it's not the biggest deal in the world but I have been confused before about what that meant, wanted clarification. Wording/phraseology can be tricky; I've always thought a "proper spanking" just meant a good, formal one rather than just a random smack or two, but then I see where some folks interpret that more specifically, like mandatory bare bottom in order to be classified "proper." Someone should publish a Spanking Dictionary!
