Agreed, life is too short to write about every spanking I ever give. Most recent though was my grandson on Tuesday evening. He wanted to stay up passed his bedtime to watch England play football. I have made some exceptions for very big matches in the past, but not on this occasion as it was a school night and hardly the World Cup final.

Rather foolishly, instead of accepting that his normal bedtime stood, he threw a tantrum in a childish manner. I of course will not stand for that kind of bad behaviour and after he was ready for bed, put him across my knee for a good bare bottom slippering. He went to bed with a very sore bottom. England lost 4-0 as well so he didn't miss much by not watching the game.
