Did the TCRG take the shoes without warning? If so she's definitely at fault and theft is not unreasonable.

Is it a case where the TCRG asked the dancer many times to switch shoes and the dancer refused? If so, the TCRG is within her rights to do what she has done (drastic but likely necessary).

Did the parents explain the dancer's "slow time in breaking in shoes" to the teacher? If so, the teacher is at fault. If not, the parents are clearly at fault.

Is there a medical reason the dancer needs more time to break in shoes? If so, bring a doctor's explanation and the teacher should back off.

You see where I'm going? We don't have the whole story here.

  • I'm also with the TC on this one. If it got to the point the TC had to take the old shoes, then the new shoes are likely way overdue. Appalled you're thinking about ways to threaten the TC!!!? (NT) -- --, 11:37:17 07/31/18 Tue
