Author: 400 St Patrick's Days in a row
Subject: On the flip side, it's the U9 trad set competition - not exactly super serious. I enjoyed the Liberty announcers bringing a little levity and joy to an otherwise tedious process.
In reply to: Don’t try to be funny when these dancers worked extremely hard 's message, "The stage announcer for the traditional sets on SundayAM was totally condescending to the dancers. Of course there were a lot little ones dancing St. Patrick’s Day, but to have an U9’s set be announced sarcastically as, “and of course, you guessed it, St. Patrick’s Day” it was unnecessary." on 17:10:45 12/01/18 Sat

  • Happens in solos, too, especially after a run of the same set. Nothing disrespectful at all, just a bit of levity to release tensions. nothing more. Far from sarcastic, that's what you chose to read into it. (NT) -- observation, 20:47:16 12/03/18 Mon
