  • To answer you, the round recalls judged by a separate judge from the panel and has no bearing on the overall/set recall.And yes, step down the line determines placement. Some solo recall placings did seem wonky compared to final results (NT) -- Yes, the order is correct, 17:50:28 02/25/19 Mon
