It's not a problem for a feis to hold a blackout feis, but what if a dancer wants to wear a costume? They wouldn't be allowed, would they?

What if a feis said, no black out attire or alternate costume, all dancers must wear a costume? What would happen then?

These are the questions from above post.

If a feis is looking to make money, especially with the declining entries being seen, then why restrict dancers even further?
