Author: and judges decide to continue on to comps posted
Subject: To the above complainers, and yes, whiners. Judges will often tell stage managers to continue with the comps if they are moving. Don't fault a feis, when in the end, judges make the call. Have run stages where there was a posted lunch break
In reply to: : 's message, "How early before your anticipated dance time do you arrive at a feis?" on 07:26:36 08/07/17 Mon

after lunch or work through the lunch. You would complain if the feis ran later, too, based on the posts here, which are pretty negative and show little experience in Irish dance, which is really unfortunate. You would rather complain instead of accepting personal responsibility for not planning accordingly.

Stages moving ahead happens, you have to plan for both - running ahead of schedule by thirty minutes or so, or running behind by two hours or so. There is no prediction of exactly who will or will not show up for competitions, or who gets injured, or for any other issue.

To say not returning to a feis because they were ahead of schedule is pretty petty in the grand scheme, isn't it?
