Duck eggs need plenty of moisture to hatch. So, sprinkle water on them. You can help them hatch. Very gently brake away some of the shell around the hole. The white membrane can be torn, but do not tear the the stuff under the membrane because they will bleed to death. If you decide to tear the membrane find the hole and separate it from the stuff underneath. They should be able to do the rest. Good Luck!!
