I think by about now everyone is more than fully aware of them. That said, I'm going to let those fools die in vain. No, not the victims, not the rescue workers that got caught, I'm talking about the fools that thought that hijacking four plane loads of innocents and performing an unholy act that kills the innocent and brings death to those they wish to speak for. They wanted to make me run and hide. I'm not. They wanted me to be scared. I'm not. For me, words cannot express the deep sorrow, shock and grief I have for the families of those involved. I pray that God grants them peace, strength and clarity in these dark days. Time will never erase the pain I feel. I blame only those that performed the acts and those that helped them, not their cultures, not their peoples. I certainly do not blame the religion that they claimed to have, for they had no religion. This morning I woke up, read the various groups and comics, will head into work, and carry on with my life as if the tragedy we just went through was due to a mechanical failure, or natural disaster. I will donate blood, and will happily see airport security in this country finally reach levels compatible with the rest of the world. In some ways, yes, it is a state of denial.
