Just finished watching the forcast on one of the Albany stations. 12-20" total accumulation (have at least 8 of it already) with the storm ending by late morning.

Assuming that the rate of accumulation does not pickup substantially and the storm track does not stall over the region, the highways should be clear for travel throughout much of the late morning and afternoon. My guess is that PC came over last night, and perhaps has time set aside for practice at the ARC today.
