For the fans to be discussing NIT already implies a lack of confidence that we can win the league tourney. We should discuss the NIT, but only if we lose in the MAAC tourney.

Furthermore, it belies a "small time" attitude. While I don't agree that the NIT is for losers, fans should only be focused on the NCAAs and potential seeding. I don't see the Manhattan and Fairfield fans discussing NIT. Of course we can't see what the Iona fans are talking about because they still have the cone of silence in place.
