fans have the right to boo the coach.....
i was at the marist game and was so disgusted i gave the rest of my season tix away.
i dont expect the saints to win every game. i projected them to only win 11 games this year. that was before i saw haddix and jordan.
and the team has far exceeded my expectations.
i know u cant make chicken salad out of chicken shit but i also know that u can train a chicken to cross the road to eat.
rob went to indiana to learn the indiana offense before the season began. i got excited about that because i said here last year that the kentucky offense was what we should use and indiana runs the kentucky offense.
we are not running an offense at all.
there is nothing new in basketball. the plays have been around for ages.
the vaunted defense is nonexistant. when u r getting ur ass kicked from the perimeter get out of the zone and go man to man. or at least change ur zone to a 3-2 instead of a 2-3 match up.
and when a team gets on a run call a time out before the damage gets to bad. not after the damage is done.
looking back i think that price might have gotten a bum rap from the fans. i think he was just not given an offense to run.
it's not too late to put in a new offense if we do it now.
something should be done.
i would consider using prosper in the post on offense with jordan at small forward and haddix as the power forward.
use jax and mitchell at guards and run the 1-4 motion or a high low post. be worth a try.
i would play holle more if we get a double digit lead and put him on the other teams top shooter. kinda like what we did with clinton.
miller first off the bench.
now that is a highly critical post with at least a stab at a solution.
booing wont work.
