First of all, I have HUGE regard for Paul Hewitt and everything he did for Siena. Never missed even one game during his three seasons. That having been said, his style of ball bothered me a bit and I liked Orr's style better despite all of the rev's "warts".

It not so much the current concept of ball that's so bad at Siena, I think it is the execution. The staff over two seasons has had problems interpreting the Siena talent level and implementing.

I would love a strong rebounding club playing very intense 1/2 court D and executing good 1'2 court sets and running only when the numbers are right. That's not Paul Hewitt and sadly, it's not Siena either. Not yet anyway.

Just my preferenc.
