Subject: It is possible

Not likely, but possible. In your scenario Manhattan would finish 17-1 and 25-4 overall. Their rpI would be in the top 50 which is an absolute must for a mid major at large.

They would finish 9-1 in their last 10, also a plus. They also own a high profile victory over St. John's (at least in the east) and another victory over Seton Hall.

However besides coming from the MAAC, a minus in itself, a bad loss versus Louisville (89-62) could hurt their chances, and it would depend on how many also rans in the major conferences make a run in their tourney.
