Seems as if you're putting a lot of emphasis on us having to sweep to prove you belong in the top tier. Siena didn't sweep. You're basing your rankings solely on your win vs Fairfield.

What if Iona loses to Niagara (a possibility since we likely won't have Smith), but then beats Niagara and then Siena in New Rochelle? We'd still be in about the same spot in the standings, and we'd have split with you--surely you can't tell me that you're in that top tier then and we're not, right?

Hey, don't construe any of this as smack. I predicted us to be 14-13, 10-8, and currently at 11-7, 6-3, we'll likely exceed my predictions. You have to understand how rare that is, for the team to actually EXCEED my predictions. Last time that happened was in 97-98, when I picked us to go 22-7 and 13-15 and instead we went 24-5 (before finishing 27-6) and 15-3. And we've exceeded my expectations without Jenkins, which says a lot about our freshmen (not to get into that debate again) and is truly a warning sign for what's ahead for 03-04, when we add two Big East transfers to the roster.
